Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA with a reputation to go the extra mile for artists & labels to get projects done, Jay is a versatile composer, record producer, and pianist that is proficient in playing classical, contemporary and jazz with experience in Pop, TV, and Film music.

He works with some of the biggest names in entertainment such as songwriter Diane Warren and film composer Marco Beltrami, and has worked with artists such as Billy Steinberg, Josh Alexander, Tom Gregory, Faouzia, Zara Larsson, Anne Marie, Ava Max, Brian McKnight Jr, Jordy Towers, SomekindofWonderful, Jony Koch, Brian Dunne, Natalie Major, and more.

Known for being a very determined individual, Jay has a solid work ethic and the drive of a competitive athlete who is always focused on finishing what he starts.

Jay frequently collaborates directly with Academy Award nominated composer Marco Beltrami, and has recently finished composing a score for an upcoming documentary about Art forging and the royal family called The Royal Stunt, which will be out later this year. He assisted Marco on the recent MotoGP 2023 Racing Theme, helped with an upcoming John Woo project called Silent Night, and is currently working on an upcoming big budget Lionsgate film.
